BSA Values

                             “Scouting is a values-based program!”

Scouting offers boys an environment in which they can feel secure both physically and emotionally.  Their sense of security comes through Scoutmasters and other adult leaders who:

1. Set the example for themselves and others by living the Scout Oath and Law.

2.Refuse to tolerate name-calling, put-downs, discrimination, or any form of physical aggression. See Conduct page.

3. Communicate their acceptance of boys by taking a real interest in each scout.

4. Use the Scouting program to create a setting based on learning and fun.

5. Seek the best from each Scout.

  6. Do all they can to help each Scout to achieve his success.
