Scout Outing Forms

There are basic forms that are needed for most any outing, but in particular, where an overnight camp or extended camp period is planned. They include but aren’t limited to the following:

    The Scout Conduct Agreement
    The Parental Permission Slip
The Troop Positive Control of Boy Scouts
    The Patrol Campout Meal Planner
    The Patrol Duty Roster
    The Campfire Planner
    The Troop Meeting Plan
The Summer Camp Merit Badge Request Form
    The Troop Drivers Permit Information*
The Troop Transport & Drivers Form*

    *Driver & Vehicle Information Form

Other forms such as those required for physicals, or tour permits can be obtained from the local council. The Librarian Control Form, Campout Quartermaster Equipmemt Issue Form, and Campout Attendance Form can be found in the SM management box.

The forms attached to this page are intended to provide for orderly camping. Expected conduct, parental permission,  positive control of Scouts, duty roster(s), and patrol planning are keys necessary to orderly camping.

Chose the form you want, and print it out. Good luck on your next campout, because you can be assured that with  good planning and preparation it will be fun.  No one will be left out. Each Scout will know what is required of him when he gets to camp.
