       1. In campfire planning meeting, fill in the 1st block below.
       2. On the “Campfire Program Planner” below, enter names of all            unit and individual participants.
       3. On the “Campfire Program Planner” below, enter the                           description, and type of planned songs, stunts, and stories.
       4. On the campfire program sheet the master-of-the-campfire               organizes and records the order of the events. He must take into          account timing, variety, smoothness, and showmanship.
       5. Give all participants a copy of completed form.
